What does Sprechzeit cost?
Demo month: €49 net once, including 150 minutes. Starter: €149 net/month with 750 minutes. Plus: €299 net/month with 2,000 minutes. Extra minutes: €0.20 net/minute on all standard plans. Enterprise: custom quote. For businesses only.
The demo ends automatically. Starter and Plus renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Who is Sprechzeit-KI for?
Businesses whose teams cannot answer every call while working, such as trades, hair and beauty salons, restaurants, accommodation providers and car workshops. Instructions, voice and call routes are configured for each business.
Which languages are available?
German and English are available today, with switching during a call. More languages are planned, with no confirmed release date or additional supported language yet. Your assistant’s voice and languages are checked during setup.
Who is Helmut?
Helmut is Sprechzeit’s AI consultant for product questions and an introductory conversation. Your business receives its own assistant with individual instructions. Try Helmut on +49 221 982 53099.
Can the assistant book appointments?
Without a connected calendar, it records appointment requests. It may confirm a booking only after the configured calendar integration reports success. Functions for your business are agreed and checked during setup.
How does setup work?
After payment, you receive an access code and a questionnaire link. You provide your business details and call instructions. The customer account stays inactive during setup. Telephony, required documents and call routes are checked before activation.
How much is the demo?
€49 net once, including 150 minutes. The demo month follows one paid phone-number rental period; it is not necessarily 30 days. Start and end are confirmed at activation. No automatic renewal or automatic conversion into a subscription. Earlier demo-week purchases retain their original purchase terms.

In Sprechzeit Control for Windows. Any additional delivery channels are agreed and checked during setup.
